Hello! I will always prefer physical presence versus digital presence to build a relationship with another person. Society is changing and people are creating digital versions of themselves. These digital versions make digital friends and share life experiences digitally. Pretty cool really. The expectation for this class to to create a digital version of your professional self! Professional self means that you will use your name and your school google account. Professional means that you will be held accountable for actions your digital self implies or communicates to the rest of the digital world.
This blog will offer up a prompt that you will respond to using your blog. I will subscribe to your blogs and I expect you to subscribe to your peers blogs as well as mine using feedly.

1. Create an image that represents you as a person (in class). Use your phone to take a picture of your image to make it digital. Upload that image to the blog.

This image is a work in progress as a representation of me. I have the earth because it is simple yet complex and all its parts are interdependent. The roots of the oak tree connect the tree to the things it requires to live (water, nutrients) and nurture it. The oak tree is strong and stable and the oak tree can persevere to changes that happen around it. The tree canopy is full of leaves and each leave is a layer to me. The green leaves represent health, learning, leadership, curiosity and empathy. The sunlight in the back ground shine rays of faith, hope and love.
